Our Senior Patrol Leaders (SPL) are the heart of our Troops, embodying the spirit of a youth-led program. As the top youth leaders, our SPLs guide the Troops in planning and executing activities, leading meetings, and ensuring every Scout has a voice. Their leadership fosters independence, teamwork, and responsibility among the Scouts, empowering them to take charge of their own experiences. The role of the SPL is crucial in creating a dynamic and engaging program, where youth leadership is at the forefront.
